How to use Ghee?

  • Spread: Spread ghee on your favorite bread, toast, bagels, muffins, or pancakes for a delicious and nutritious start to your day.
  • Blend: Blend a spoonful of Ghee into your brewed coffee or tea for a creamy morning pick-me-up.
  • Cook: Cook eggs in ghee for the most flavorful and delicious golden scrambled eggs or omelette.
  • Drizzle: Melt ghee and drizzle it over freshly popped popcorn. Sprinkle some sea salt for an irresistible snack.
  • Top: Finish steamed vegetables, grilled meats, or cooked seafood with a topping of ghee for a delicious buttery and nutty flavor.
  • Stir: Stir ghee into cooked rice, quinoa, a pot of red lentils and beans for a luxurious creaminess and depth of flavor.
  • Pan fry: In a hot pan, melt ghee and use it to sear steak, chicken and fish. The ghee's high smoke point ensures a beautifully browned and crispy crust.
  • Sauté: Melt some ghee in a pan and add in your favorite veggies along with some onions and garlic for a delicious stir-fry.
  • Roast: Before roasting a whole chicken or veggies, rub it with softened ghee for the perfect crispy texture on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside.
  • Bake: Use Ghee as a substitute for soft or melted butter in your baking recipes, especially those that require a crispy and delicious outcome, like flaky pie crusts.
  • Dip: Dip grilled shrimp or lobster in warm melted ghee.
